Yumei was delighted about this. It was a significant step forward in their relationship.
One day, as Yumei stared at her reflection in the water, she let out a sigh. The great figure, surprised by her sudden change in demeanor, asked, "Why the sigh?"
Yumei touched her chubby cheeks and said, "Why do I always look like this?"
"The appearance reflects the heart. Your appearance reflects your inner self," the great figure explained to clarify the matter.
So, did that mean she would always look like this? What if she remained cute and charming forever? Between being cute and glamorous, most people would choose the latter! Although she didn't know what she would look like when she grew older, based on her current features, she wouldn't be ugly.
"Is there any way to change it, sir? I want to look different," Yumei asked the only person around whom she could ask. He should know; at least the forms of the Three Pure Ones were quite distinct.
The great figure didn't understand, "Just a physical appearance, why change it?"
Because I want to seduce you! Yumei thought secretly.
"I feel like I'll be very beautiful when I grow up!" Yumei praised herself.
Perhaps Yumei's innocent words had an effect on the great figure. He seemed to develop a hint of a smile without even realizing it. "When your heart matures, you'll naturally know how to grow."
Yumei thought the great figure's smile was incredibly beautiful; she couldn't help but be mesmerized each time she saw it.
