Special Containment Procedures: UN-04-13 is contained within a standard single occupancy room in Containment Sector E of Site UN-4. Prior to entry, confirmation of UN-04-13 wearing a specially designed helmet that can forcibly cover individual's eyes must be made simultaneously with the containment personnel.
Due to the unique nature of its containment, a female caregiver with C-level clearance or higher is required (currently vacant, the previous caregiver perished in the incident on ██████).
Description: UN-04-13 is an adolescent Asian female human in late puberty. Physiologically, there are no discernible differences from ordinary female humans, although she exhibits extreme malnutrition, likely due to her experiences during childhood (see Appendix-2.1 for details).
UN-04-13 possesses a pair of eyes, designated as UN-04-13-1, that appear to be related to ██████.
UN-04-13-1 generates a significant amount of unknown energy upon making eye contact with any entity capable of inducing fear. Within five seconds, this energy rapidly spreads throughout UN-04-13's entire body, resulting in inexplicable physical transformations.
When UN-04-13 makes eye contact with a person, she transforms into a creature representing the deepest fears of that individual or an entity related to those fears. The transformation can be reverted when either the entity is killed or UN-04-13 regains consciousness...

Darkness... endless darkness.
Accompanied by a piercing pain throughout her body, the young girl awakened from the darkness.
She touched the cold metal device in front of her, feeling a sense of confusion and unease.
The girl knew she wasn't dreaming; she was still in the world of WSSA, and she had been returned to her containment room, once again imprisoned.
Her containment room, to be more accurate, could be likened to a prison.
Here, nearly all contained entities had no personal freedom, only being allowed specific times for experiments in the containment area. During other times, they were confined to their rooms.
However, she, as a containment entity deprived of her vision, had it even worse. Her activity was limited to this uncomfortable bed, which left her with a sore backside when she stayed in it alone.
A sharp pain in her head made her recall the events before. She only remembered locking eyes with the terrified man, after which all memories ceased.
But she could guess what had happened; after making eye contact with someone, she transformed into a monster.
She had no idea what kind of monster she became, and the excruciating pain and subsequent loss of consciousness that accompanied her transformation were things that even the original girl in the story couldn't resolve.
All she knew was that she must have been subdued before being brought here.
In this dead, dark silence, the girl recalled many things, such as her current identity – the Witch of Fear.
Yes, after her transmigration, the girl had become one of the antagonists in the game "WSSA: My Love Story with Researchers and Containments," with the code name Fear Witch and the name Lamiya.
Lamiya thought and began to remember more about her role and plot in the game.
She recalled that she had played several plotlines about the Witch of Fear. In the game's setting, Lamiya was an ordinary girl who had accidentally obtained the Eye of the Ancient God, one of the so-called "ancient evil god's eyes." The game was not clear on the specifics of the eye's powers, but Lamiya knew very little about it.
The reason was simple: she hadn't reached such an extensive storyline yet.
After all, it was a romance game, and most of Lamiya's time was spent flirting and romancing the girls, with the game ending in marriage and a happy life with one of them. She knew everything about the girls' birthdays, hobbies, and how to console them when they were upset.
However, now it seemed like a waste that she hadn't explored the game's world more thoroughly.
Although Lamiya couldn't access all the information about herself, she remembered most of her plotlines and endings.
In the original story, Lamiya's role, despite her high potential, was essentially a cannon fodder. Despite her powerful abilities, she was portrayed as a somewhat timid young girl in the original story. Since she only became a monster when making eye contact with someone, she didn't exhibit the strength that matched her abilities. In many storylines, she either became a heart demon for the main characters, ultimately defeated and freed by the protagonist, or died in the chaos following containment breaches. To make things worse, she had multiple endings where she died due to excessive experimentation.
In short, Lamiya's impression was that, as most of the main characters, both antagonists and protagonists, were in opposition to her, she never had a satisfactory ending, not even a decent one.
"I'm frustrated... Why did I have to turn into this? There are so many handsome and talented main characters in the game, either extraordinarily powerful, high-status, rich, or young and wealthy..."
"Why did I have to become a cannon fodder antagonist who is unstable and easy to subdue? It's beyond frustrating! Shouldn't I have been reincarnated as a handsome guy? Then I could have easily charmed the girls in the organization with my knowledge of the romance game and lived off them."
"But now... who would be interested in an underage containment entity? This is just torture! Am I supposed to be a lab rat for the rest of my life and die here?"
Lamiya felt a sense of resentment. However, upon further reflection, she realized that UN-04-13's ability was not weak; in fact, it was exceptionally powerful. Despite its instability, the ability to transform into the greatest fears of others was a potentially game-breaking power.
Setting aside the instability, just the ability to become the deepest fear of any individual, even without taking any action, could cause immense psychological stress to most people, especially enemies. Furthermore, if she transformed into something formidable and retained that form, she could become an amalgamation of thousands of terrifying creatures, which would be a nightmare!
But... how could she break free from containment? The security here was extremely tight, with strict levels of clearance and solid doors. Moreover, she was now a blindfolded girl, completely dependent on others.
Currently, Lamiya had not retained any form; all the monsters she had transformed into during experiments had likely been killed by containment personnel after the experiments.
With her current role as a defenseless cute lab rat... how could she survive?
Lamiya was confused; although she was familiar with some of the plot, it was still just a game. Games could be restarted; life offered only one chance. Moreover, this world was extremely dangerous. In the game, Lamiya only intended to date and romance researchers and containment entities and had accidentally died over thirty times...
Not to mention achieving a breakthrough in containment.
The difficulty level of this game seemed to be in the "hellish" category.
